We represent clients in real estate transactions ranging from residential real estate purchases and sales to complex multi-million dollar commercial real estate transactions. We also negotiate short-term and long-term leases, option to buy agreements and short sale and bank owned property transactions.
Unfortunately, the past few years have required us to take on this area of practice as many of our clients were harmed by the failed economy. We have assisted clients that either want to avoid or do not qualify for bankruptcy protection by negotiating with creditors on our clients' behalf. We can help you individually or your business renegotiate virtually any debt that you may have and structure plans that are financially sound. We also are experienced in negotiating mortgage loan modifications for clients who have fallen behind on their payments and wish to keep their homes.
